A safety record with every fireplace named
Plan a property visit
Tell us the address and how many fireplaces there are, and we will reply.
The record you keep
A managed property needs a file that shows what was checked and what was found. One report does that, with each fireplace listed by name, its photos and its notes.
If an owner asks about one fireplace, its name is easy to find in the report.
What gets checked at each fireplace
The same three things at every one: creosote in the flue, the liner condition and the draft. Calm wording, no alarm, and a plain note on what fixes each item.
A Level 1 is a look at what is easy to reach. A Level 2 runs a camera the entire length of the flue, and adds attic, crawlspace and roof areas where we can get in.
One trip
Every fireplace on the property is inspected in one visit. Tell us how many there are, wood or gas, and how to get in.
The report and photos reach you on inspection day, ready to send on to an owner or a board. Nothing needs retyping.
The price, per fireplace
Each fireplace is charged at its Level 1 or Level 2 rate. For your total, multiply that rate by how many fireplaces you manage.
Our visits stay in Long Beach, the South Bay and the neighboring parts of Los Angeles. Give us the access details and any gate codes in advance. If some units are occupied, tell us which, so the visit goes smoothly for residents.
Price for each fireplace
A Level 1 is $53, a Level 2 is $380 and a sweep starts at $215.
- Level 1 visual check

- Full Level 2
